Here is your challenge: take part in all our events throughout the RX1 Nation Tour regular season where you can excel and test yourself against the most resilient!

  • Participates in Nation Tour RX1 regular season events.
  • The athlete with the highest individual score for participation in the various Nation Tour regular-season events will be named class champion at the Cup Grand Finale.
  • The score is based on the sum of the individual results for all the events participated in.
  • Mixed results (men and women), all ages combined.
  • One podium per category, with a cup awarded for 1st place.

How it works

Nation Tour RX1
How it Works

The Nation Tour event requires the completion of 8 to 12 functional exercise stations, including a 3 to 5 km race.

  • Participation can be as part of a team, or as an individual.
  • Each city has its own championship.
  • Three events in each franchised city – City Season.
  • The Grand Finale takes place in August every year.

Event Date

  • The various Nation Tour events will be announced a few months before their respective official date. The Grand Finale will take place in August every year.

Course and Start

  • You must arrive 1 hour before your start time.
  • You will receive your wave times on the Wednesday preceding the event. It’s important to reserve your day.
  • The exercise course and race course presentation video will be provided to all the athletes on the Monday preceding the event, at 7 p.m.

Results

  • Your results will be posted automatically when you arrive, at the start line.

Here are some examples of movements that an athlete must be able to execute with good technique in a competitive environment.

When choosing a category, the athlete must be able to complete 1 to 50 repetitions of each of the exercises in order to be able to meet the event requirements, even if his next completions will, without a doubt, take place when he/she is tired.

The loads are indicated by category, for men and women (weight in pounds, unless otherwise indicated).

  • Each athlete receives points according to his  ranking in category, gender and age group.
  • Athletes must finish in the top 20 positions to earn points.
1st place 2nd place 3nd place 4nd place Etc.

TIME CAP

The athlete must finish before the Time Cap (TC) to accumulate points. The TC is established by the time of the athlete in 1st position for his/her gender and age group + 30 minutes.

PRO

  • Athlete finishes within the first 20 minutes after 1st position
    => Accumulates 100% of the points associated with his/her position.
  • Athlete finishes within 20 min 01 sec and 30 min after 1st position
    => Accumulates 50% of the points associated with his/her position.
  • Athlete finishes 30 min after 1st position
    => Does not accumulate any points and will be considered DNF (“Did Not Finish”).

EXPERT, INTERMEDIATE, AMATEUR AND JUNIOR

  • Athlete finishes 30 min after 1st position
    => Does not accumulate any points and will be considered DNF (“Did Not Finish”).
    => Can still complete the event without the supervision of a referee.

PRO PRIZE MONEY

  • The total amount will fluctuate throughout the season based on the number of Pro athletes registered for the Nation Tour.
  • A percentage of the total prize money will be awarded to the top three Pro athletes during the Grand Final of the Cups.
    • Based on ranking by gender and age group.
  • The athlete must have completed at least two events of the Nation Tour during the regular season and meet one of the following two criteria:
    • have finished in the top 10 of the season ranking,
      OR
    • have achieved at least one first-place finish in a regular season event.

* Percentage of total prize money to be awarded to the athlete

INDIVIDUAL AWARDS

  • Event podium
    • Top 3 by category, gender and age group.
  • Championship podium
    • For athletes who have completed at least 2 season events in their category.
    • Top 3 by category, gender and age group (using event ranking).
    • Eligible for season top 10, by category, gender and age group.
    • IMPORTANT: DNF (Did not finish) events are not counted.
  • Supreme Podium
    • Cumulative points for all Nation Tour events.
    • Top 3 by category (Pro, Expert, Intermediate, Amateur, Junior).

TIE-BREAKING

In the event of a tie between two athletes, ties will be broken in the following order:

  1. Number of times the athlete obtained a better result than the second athlete
  2. Number of first (1st) positions
  3. Number of second (2nd) positions
  4. Number of third (3rd) positions
  5. (last). Cumulation of all race times for the season; the athlete with the lowest time wins.

PARTICIPATION

  • An athlete may be eligible for the podiums and the championship, even if not part of a team.
  • An athlete must have taken part in at least 2 events of his division to be eligible for the Grand Finale of the Cups.
  • When registering, the athlete will be required to select their age category based on their age on the day of the Grand Finale of the Cups.

PENALTY
Any athlete who fails to complete the full set of a required movement will receive a penalty. It is essential to follow all instructions to ensure fairness and consistency in the evaluation process.

  • Incomplete running portion: 6 minutes and 30 seconds will be added per missing kilometer.
  • Improperly returned equipment: 2 minutes will be added to the final time.
  • Skipped or missed station: The athlete will be marked as DNF (Did Not Finish).
  • Missing chip time: The time will be estimated based on the arrival time of other athletes in the same wave.
  • [Pro] Bar control: The athlete must guide the bar to the ground under control. Dropping the bar directly from overhead or the shoulders is not allowed. Any uncontrolled repetition will not be validated.

JERSEY

  • Wearing the official RX1 Nation jersey is mandatory to participate in our events and must be worn at all times on the course.
    • It is permitted to wear a jersey from a previous year, as long as it matches the color of the category in which the athlete is competing.
  • New for 2026
    The jersey is no longer included with the purchase of an event or a season pass.

    • If an athlete does not have their competition shirt on the day of the event, they will be required to purchase a jersey at a cost of $20 + taxes.

Team Rules

A team is made up of athletes from all categories, gender and age groups.

  • It must have a minimum of 2 registered athletes participating in a season event to be eligible for the team scoring system.
  • It may include one (or more) line-up(s).
    • The line-up is used to score team points.
    • These points will be used to rank the line-up in one of the cups for which it will compete at the Cup Grand Finals.
    • A line-up can have a maximum of 16 athletes (Discovery and Junior 5-8 athletes do not count towards the 16 athletes).
    • Each athlete has a “rating”, depending on the level in which he or she competes. This rating is called the “Salary”.
    • The salary cap for a line-up is set at $40.
      • Pro: $4
      • Expert: $3
      • Intermediate: $2
      • Amateur: $1
      • Juvenile, Cadet, Benjamin, Mosquito: $1
      • Discovery, Junior 5-8 years: $0.

The line-up score is based on the sum of the best individual results of its members, according to their position, for all the season’s events

    • Sum of the 36 best scores among all athletes.
    • Maximum 6 best Pro scores.
    • Maximum 15 best Expert scores.
    • Minimum 6 best Amateur, Juvenile, Cadet, Benjamin and/or Mosquito scores.

Teams will be invited to compete for national cups at the Cup Grand Final. Eligibility points are based on the completion of all regular season events.

    • An athlete must have completed a minimum of one regular-season event to be eligible to score line-up points at the Cup Grand Finale.
    • The top 5 line-ups will qualify for the RX1 Nation Grand Cup.
    • Positions 6 to 15 for the Lauzon Cup.
    • Positions 16 to 30 for the Martel Cup.
    • Positions 31 and over for the Letourneau Cup.
