My Background / My Bio

Owner of Club 201 since 2019, I am passionate about nutrition, training and people! I am first and foremost athletic to my soul; figure skating, boxing, functional training, running, hiking, yoga, tennis, downhill skiing, and so much more! I have been a private trainer for over 20 years, and I love helping people reach their objectives in physical fitness. Since 2015, I’ve been collaborating with RX1, both for RX1 Fitness classes and as a trainer. There is nothing more gratifying than seeing people become the best version of themselves! It’s what gives my work purpose.

My Background / My Bio

My boxing coach and captain, Melissa Gravel, encouraged me to take part in my first RX1 event. After trying it, I was hooked! I decided to stop boxing to devote myself to functional training. After two years in the intermediate category and two years in the expert category, I am, now in the Pro category! My passion for training naturally led me to coaching. Today, I am in charge of the Club 201 Nation Tour team and its captain.
